Outline of Use and features of our CMA:
- The user creates an account named, My Account.
- The user may return to My Account as often as desired.
- The user must agree to our terms of engagement in our Agreement
- The user submits payment for a subject to be registered.
- The user may create a CMA based on the subject registered.
- The subject may be adjusted as often as user returns until December 31.
- The comps are updated monthly.
- ALL accounts terminate on December 31.

| 10 CMAs | $200 | For single CMA's we charge $75. This pricing is $20/cma and you save $550. |
| 25 CMAs | $375 | $15 bucks each |
| 50 CMAs | $650 | $13 per CMA. If you find you need more, we will add them at $10 each. |
| 100 CMAs | $900 | The best buy at $9.00. Add 1 or more CMAs at $9.00/ea. |
Satisfaction is our goal. If you use our service and find that you are not satisfied after 1 CMA, we will return your entire purchase.
